Refund Policy

At Sipahi Sports, our goal is to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Once your return is received and inspected under our Return Policy, we will process your refund in accordance with the terms below.

1. Approval and Process

If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will contact you to collect bank details or UPI IDs for a direct bank transfer.

2. Refund Timelines

The refund will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies or banking channels.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sipahisports.com.

4. Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations completely free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order.

After one day (24 hours), the order enters our processing phase, a 15% cancellation fee will apply and be deducted directly from your final refund amount.
